The Illinois Central Management Services (CMS) is launching “Doing Business with Illinois” workshops. Our mission is to increase our outreach efforts in frequently offering educational workshops that educate and provide resources on State programs available to the small business communities. Business owners will have a greater opportunity and gain an understanding of the process for doing business with the State.

This week, the Small Business Committee launched a new resource to help small businesses help shape federal regulations and add some real world common sense to the process. This initiative, “Small Biz Reg Watch,” will highlight proposed regulations that will likely affect small firms, and inform business owners of how to make comments to the appropriate federal agency.
