ARTBA 2011 Women Leaders in Transportation Design & Construction Awards Program

Established in 2010 by ARTBA Chairman Bill Cox, the Women Leaders in Transportation Design and Construction Council “promotes leadership and career advancement for women in the industry through mentoring, recognition, educational activities and networking.” The Women Leaders in Transportation Design & Construction Awards Program was established to recognize and honor extraordinary efforts of individuals, companies and public agencies that have demonstrated leadership and dedication to innovation in the transportation construction field as well as the promotion of women leaders within the industry.

When Are Nominations Due?

Nomination forms and supporting documents must be received at the ARTBA Headquarters Building by close of business on July 29. No exceptions after this date.

Selection Notification

Winners will be notified by August 15.

Award winners will be recognized, along with inductees to the ARTBA Foundation’s Hall of Fame, during a special September 7 dinner at ARTBA’s “TransOvation 2011,” a workship being held September 7-9 at the Landsdowne Con- ference Center near Dulles Airport in Virginia.
